Location: Dagenham, London

Role:

The Business Analyst is responsible for managing the solution development process, facilitating communication and collaboration between the development team and stakeholders. They also perform business analysis tasks to identify and document business requirements and ensure that the software being developed meets those requirements.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Support the Product Owner and delivery teams
• Translate the customer needs into detailed Requirements with testable Acceptance Criteria, supported by Process Models created using UML.
• Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to successfully design, develop and support new technologies and products, to deliver project objectives.
• Oversees delivery of product analysis backlog items across the end-to-end product.

Skills:

• Must have experience as a Business Analyst on business change initiatives.
• Must have experience of delivering projects in an agile manner.
• Experience of ERP, CRM or other similar business system desirable.
• Experience defining and documenting high-level business requirements of process flows across multiple supporting systems.
• Experience with senior stakeholder management and third-party suppliers.
• A personal responsibility for output of your own work, with a desire to learn
• Strong communication skills (both internally and with our clients)
• Articulate issues with the project team, reporting on progress

GBP 40,000 - 45,000 Gross Per Annum

Location: Romford, London

Role:

Data Engineer - required on a permanent basis for a Financial Service company based in London that uses data and machine learning technologies to help companies gather insights, perform data analytics and reporting.

This will be a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in the London office

Duties and responsibilities:

• Drive the development of our data pipelines
• Monitor and maintain live data pipelines
• Maintain and enforce development standards on pipelines
• Creation of appropriate schema design for consumption layer
• Mentor and develop junior engineers
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and capture requirements
• Communicate with non-technical stakeholders around technical limits and issues

Skills:

• Experience with any of the following: Snowflake / SQL / Python / Azure Databricks /AWS
• Version Control (GIT and Azure Dev Ops)
• Unit testing
• Schema design - Warehousing, Normalisation, data marts
• Operations and support of data pipelines
• APIs - building, operating and utilising
• Data quality metrics creation
• Understanding of Analytics and Data Science
• Experience with Data Vault approaches is desirable
• Cloud computing qualification is desirable
